Conditions for the return of goods purchased in our Eshop.
If the products do not match your expectations, you can return them within 14 days from the date of delivery. Returned goods cannot be damaged or destroyed.
1. EZ-HAIR provides its customers an option to return unused items, on the basis of the conditions set out below. This option applies to the entire range of goods (hereinafter referred to as "goods").
2. The returned goods must be delivered in the original and undamaged packaging to Salon IX., Dolná 47, 97401 Banská Bystrica, SLOVAKIA within 14 days of the purchase of the goods, otherwise the right to return the goods expires.
3. At the same time, the customer is obliged to submit a proof of purchase with the returned goods, in the form of the original cash register block or tax invoice, otherwise the right to return the goods expires.
4. If the customer exercises the right to return the goods, the contract of sale relating to the returned goods will be considered invalid (contractual right to withdraw from the contract).
5. The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods, including their delivery to the return office.
6. For the returned goods, the customer will receive an amount corresponding to the price stated on the proof of sale, without the amount for the service - postage and packaging, by transfer to the account specified in the cover letter.
